Our clients come are in many different industries and sectors of the economy from all over the world. C4 WorldWide believes that there is NO shortage of opportunity world wide. We find that there is a shortage of prospective clients that have prepared themselves properly to take advantage of current economic conditions. As a result, C4 is not able to work with everyone that approaches us for our services.

Our evaluation of any opportunity begins with our unique C4 Assessment. This consists of four basic C4 Principles. These are:

  • Do we have the intellectual capital to be helpful to the prospect?

  • Once the Associate understands the need, it is brought to the division level management team. From there, the WorldWide network of management and associates is accessed to find an “industry or situation” expert that we can draw upon to design and propose a solution. Depending on the circumstance, we may look outside the company for our expertise.
  • Do we have the financial capital to be helpful to the prospect?

  • Every prospect’s needs are different however one thing is certain, it will require financial or human resources to fulfill their need. These resources may be in or outside of C4 WorldWide, its divisions or groups. If it’s capital to expand or build, the prospect will need an investor or equity partner. Our Finance Group will have to evaluate the requirement against the availability of funds from within C4 or from a financial resource.
  • Is this company someone we would want to be associated with today and in the future?

  • This is purely subjective on our part but as a multi-national corporation, we have principles and values that every Associate and member of our Management Team subscribe to. Our consideration includes such items as insuring that the prospective client doesn’t employ children, take advantage of others based on their religious belief, race or in any way promotes such activity. Is the company helping or hurting our Global Village? Does it endanger others or our environment? Will we want to be associated with the client or venture years from now?
  • Is the management team creditable and knowledgeable?

  • Our research group will explore the company and management team’s background and based on solid research we evaluate the potential to fully implement the proposed solution.

Once our Executive Team has reviewed the above and we decide to work with a new client, we have three stages in our execution process. The first phase has two steps. First, we both sign a mutual Non-Circumvent and Non-Disclosure Agreement that is sent by our Legal Team. Second, we sign a mutually agreed upon C4 Engagement and Fee Agreement.

The next phase begins the execution process based upon the work that we’re doing for the client. The last phase is the completion stage that sets the client on the path intended when the process was begun.

The time line for what we do is by-and-large determined by the type of client we have.
