ChessOver the years we’ve found that there’s no shortage of projects that are in need of funding. What we have found is that there is a real shortage of projects that qualify to be funded.

Qualifications can mean anything from the nature of the project, the location, permits, licensing, the management team, etc. It is true that not every project should be funded. As hard as that sounds, it is true. Since you’re here, it’s now your move. If you would like your project to be considered, you will need to supply us with some information in a way that allows us to focus on you.

We call this Quick Start because you will have provided us with the necessary information for our Executive Committee to evaluate your project quickly (in most cases). Once we have the information from you, the process [for us] begins. It can take us anywhere from seven to 10 days to evaluate the information that we’re asking for from you. In that process, we will probably have additional questions based on what you’ve given us. We may also want to have a telephone conference with you as a way for us all to know a little bit more about each other.

The largest expense in our industry is due diligence. Why? It simply isn’t possible to take on client’s projects or accept people at face value, we trust but we always verify. That’s part of our commitment to our Investors, Equity Funds, Investment Houses and Banking Institutions that have all placed their trust in us. Our strength from their perspective is that we do our homework and understand their needs. Trust has been built over time based on the quality of our performance.

Quick Start

Step 1—Please complete our Client Fact Sheet. Download Sheet

Step 2—We will need a 1 page (no more) Executive Summary of the project that also details your company. Download Template

That’s all that needs to be done, at this time. Once your information and forms are submitted by clicking here, our Vice President of Business Development will respond to you. He’ll request that our Analysts and Executive Committee review the project and then we will respond to you. It is now your move.
